Online Media Daily is citing a new report from the Pew Internet Project that finds, for the first time, that people say their cell phones would be the hardest technology for them to give up. It's the first time that has happened. Up till now, the top position has always belonged to land-line telephones, so this marks the first time cell phones are listed as harder than land line phones.
But then, most of us probably knew that, at least anecdotally: I have two daughters, both of whom have cell phones and neither of whom has a land line phone.
There are other interesting findings - the whole report doesn't seem to be on the Pew site yet, but the OMD report linked above will give you the highlights.
